Year 11 Information
In this section, we have tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions from students in Y10 and Y11. We have also included links and resources that will help you think about and prepare for your future at Oldham Sixth Form College.
Firstly, we would be grateful if you could spend 10 minutes of your time completing the following survey. It would be incredibly helpful if you could do so. Please click the link below to complete.

Year 11 Summer Bridging Materials – Task 1 (April 2020)
We’ve had a number of requests from schools, parents and teachers for tasks and reading lists that year 11s can be working on in preparation for starting at OSFC in September. Below are a range of materials that you can be engaging with to give you a head start in your new qualifications.
If your school is still setting you work, we would urge you to prioritise this.
If you have decided you want to make a course change at enrolment or if you’re still undecided between subjects, then you can complete work for any of these courses, you aren’t limited to the subjects you have been provisionally offered a place on.
We will be adding to the materials below over the summer term, so keep checking this page for updates.

We have been working hard to make our events virtual, so you still have access to the information you need before starting college in September. Our virtual New Students’ Day will take place on Monday 6th July, but in the meantime, our virtual Progress to Success event is a great way to find out more about all the amazing support and activities available at OSFC and is available to watch at www.osfc.ac.uk/progresstosuccess.
