Thursday 26 May 2022 Carnegie School of Sport Experience Day Year 12 Extended Camtec Sport students recently participated in the Carnegie School of Sport Experience Day at Leeds Beckett University. The day started with a welcome from Leeds Beckett Outreach Officer, Victoria Pearce, before students headed off onto the first of three workshops.

Wednesday 4 May 2022 AS Business Work Experience Four of our AS Business Studies students successfully gained places on the EY Foundation Tech Futures work experience programme recently. The programme ran for 8 full days, comprising a virtual experience including presentations and Q&A sessions with CEO â„¢s and managers from Ofcom and Blue Prism.

Monday 28 March 2022 Wellbeing Week 2022 Monday 28th March - Friday 1st April marked the return of Wellbeing Week at OSFC, an annual event held at the college. Throughout the week, students had the opportunity to get involved in lots of different mindfulness activities.

Saturday 26 March 2022 Purple Day at OSFC 26thMarch, 2022 was Epilepsy Awareness Day - or Purple Day. The day prior, the college's Student Executive promoted a greater awareness of Epilepsy, and the 50 million people it affects worldwide, by asking us all to wear purple. Campaigns like this are very much part of the OSFC community, they make us think, encourage us to act positively and raise our wellbeing.
