Our application deadline for September 2023 entry was Friday 2 December. We are not currently accepting applications for September 2023, however you can register your interest in studying with us by completing the form below. You will then be emailed when the application re-opens in August with a link to the online application.

Our application will otherwise re-open on GCSE Results’ Day, Thursday 24 August, for late applicants.

If you are interested in applying for September 2024 admissions, this application will open in September 2023. Please keep an eye on our social media to be the first to know!

Which email should I use?

Please make sure you use your personal email address (not your school email) for the application form. We will contact you through this email from submission of your application, all the way through until you start with us at OSFC, so it is important you have access to your email for the duration.

When is the deadline?

The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 2 December.

How do I decide which courses I want to study at OSFC?

Make sure you do your research. At OSFC, we offer a wide range of courses and 4 different pathways, so there is something for everyone. You can read about all of our courses here, check out our digital prospectus (or pick up a copy from school), and visit us for our Open Events in October.

Do not worry too much about your courses- there will be plenty of opportunities for you to change these. At this point, we are interested in knowing which courses you may wish to study, so we can help you make the correct choices during your interview.

What happens now?

If you have not done so already, please send a copy of your predicted grades to admissions@osfc.ac.uk. This should be a screenshot/photo/scan of your official report from school, with your name visible. Once we have received your predicted grades, your application will be processed. All communications will be sent via email, so please keep checking your email regularly, including your junk & spam folders.

When will my interview take place?

OSFC interviews take place between January & March. We will contact you via email to confirm the exact dates, times and other arrangements. You can read more about the interview process here.

I don’t have my predicted grades yet- what should I do?

Please do not worry. If you have any results from Year 10, you can upload these with the application. Alternatively, you can leave this section blank and email your predicted grades to admissions@osfc.ac.uk once you receive them.
