spanish mmu tripAS and A level Spanish students from OSFC had a great week back after half term with a trip to Manchester Metropolitan University. The students had a busy day sampling lectures and seminars in Spanish, which were tailored towards the A level curriculum in a university environment.  They also attended a taster session in Italian.

Course leader Gemma Curto Alonso said:

“This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to see what studying Spanish is like at a higher level. We all had a brilliant day!”

Students Isabella Schiavo and Madeleine Howley agreed:

“The experience was fantastic! We had the opportunity to experience real lectures, meet lecturers and ask questions. Plus, the revision of grammar and the help provided with how to understand the A2 course was extremely valuable.”
