CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2010

For the fifth consecutive year our students have achieved an outstanding pass rate of 99% A-E (46% A-B). In addition, many students were awarded at least one pass at A* with several achieving three or even four.

A 100% pass rate was achieved in 37 Advanced Level subjects, including the majority of the sciences - which are soon to be based in our innovative new Science Centre.

The Pass Rate for National (BTEC/OCR) courses was a fantastic 100%.

Jayne Clarke, College Principal, said "I am delighted and extremely proud that the hard work of staff and students at the College is once again reflected in the excellent results achieved. To have seen a further increase in the high grades at A level is particularly pleasing. Students have achieved outstanding results across the whole range of subjects, with the ongoing strength in Science, including Oxbridge successes, reinforcing our progress towards opening the Regional Science Centre."
