Four English students from OSFC have just had some of their writing published in this year’s MMU Anthology, having been successful in the annual   All Write! Competition run by the University.

The Competition is open to students from all schools and colleges in the North West, who can submit entries right through the academic year until July. Our students have entered work in the post 16 category for several years now and some of their work has been among that  selected to be published each year in the Anthology.  Last year we had two published students and this year we have five, four of whom are still at the College.

All published writers are invited to attend a presentation event at MMU in December (9th this year) and receive a free copy of the Anthology. Staff from MMU and successful local writers present the anthologies,  read extracts of the work and talk about what they looked for in their choices for published work.
