Search Committee
Terms of Reference
The Search Committee shall be responsible for :
1. Advising on the appointment of members to the Corporation and other matters relating to membership and appointments, including gathering, screening and shortlisting nominations in respect of vacancies and for determining the process whereby candidates are nominated.
2. Establishing and monitoring a protocol for the recruitment of Governors.
3. From time to time, considering and making recommendations to the Corporation on the composition and balance of the Corporation and its Committees in accordance with the agreed list of desired skills and experience.
4. The Committee will meet at least once per year and whenever a vacancy arises. (amended 16 May 2005)
